Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays and checkout time is 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday.

Deposit of $500.00 to reserve the cottage and must be received within 2 weeks of initial reservation.

Full payment must be made four weeks prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellations will result in loss of deposit.

Deposit will be returned immediately after cleaning service is finished and has verified that everything is in good condition.

There is no smoking allowed in our cottage.

We do not allow tents on the property.

Dogs are allowed on an exception basis only. Call us if you want to bring your dog. We have an additional security deposit of $100 as well as an additional weekly charge of $70.

There is a maximum occupancy of 12 in our cottage.  You need to recieve prior approval to have more then 12 people staying in the cottage.  Renters found to have more then 12 people staying in the cottage without prior approval might forfeit their security deposit.
